POSHMARK is a registered trademark of Poshmark, Inc.  Closet Assistant is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise related to Poshmark, Inc. or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries.

Using the Closet Assistant is against the community guidelines of Poshmark. If you are prosecuted by Poshmark for using the assistant (closet shut down, or other actions), we are not liable for any damages or repayment. The assistant is provided ‘as is’ and is used at your own risk.

15. Affiliate Program

To participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have an active Your Closet Assistant account in good standing. The Company reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.

Affiliates may earn compensation based on new user subscriptions or other qualifying actions as defined by the Program.

• All compensation terms, including rates and qualifying criteria, are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

• Payments will be made in accordance with the Company’s current payout schedule.
• Free or discounted subscription plans; or
• Other promotional rewards or credits as determined by the Company.

No payments will be made for fraudulent, invalid, or canceled referrals.The Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.
Upon termination, all unpaid commissions, bonuses, or pending rewards will be forfeited.

If your Your Closet Assistant account is canceled, deactivated, or terminated—whether by you or by the Company—you will immediately forfeit any unpaid commissions or rewards owed under this Program.

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the Program after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
